The team of Sebze Lisboa is beyond excited to open the doors of Seed House, an intimate and cozy event venue in Lisbon. The intention of the space is to offer it back to our lisbon community for private bookings, curated dinners, creative workshops, art exhibitions, family celebrations, and cooking classes. About us
Our journey began in 2021, when we moved to Lisbon as a writer (Alexandra) and an artist (Utku) with our then one-year-old son. We spent our early days wandering boutique farmer’s markets, discovering grassroots art events, and slowly finding our way back into the kitchen. After the “online” day of covid, we were craving to create with our hands again and work in a way that would bring us face to face with new people. What started as a small and chaotic “home kitchen” business has now grown into a full garden of actualized dreams, culminating into the Seed House.
As a multicultural family building a business in a third country, we deeply value diversity, storytelling, and the warmth of Portuguese culture that welcomed us so generously. Seed House is our way of giving back — offering a flexible and unique event space in Lisbon for private events that align with our values of creativity, collaboration, and community.

Seed House was their offering to the community in Lisbon and beyond to create a space where people can come for private dinners, intimate birthdays, gatherings for mamas, Turkish brunches “kahvalti”, art-based events, workshops, discussions, cooking classes, game nights, drink and draw, writer’s circles and other intentional gatherings.
